Had a lovely lady called Chris serve me at the tills on Tuesday. She went the extra mile to be helpful, even offering to pack my bags as I was struggling. Very easy to complain about bad service but few people think to praise good service. Well done, Chris!

I stopped shopping here as I wanted Tesco to put everything I buy each week, in one isle, so I’m in and out faster… (obviously I’m joking)

Visited Tesco Gillingham Extra on 17 Aug 2025 to use the car wash. In at 07:08, out at 07:39 (31 minutes). The car-park signage says maximum stay 3 hours between 6am–10pm, yet I received a Parking Charge Notice from Horizon Parking claiming I’d exceeded the stay.
