Really awful and uncomfortable experience. Faced racial profiling which should never be accepted in any case.

Good but very difficult trying to navigate the place. Even with the many self-service tills the queue can be very long. The limited number of staff are great.
EDIT: Went to the same Sainsbury's today. Used SmartScan on the phone with personalised discounts if you use the app. When I got to the till I was selected... read full comment
