“I haven't been to an Iceland store for many years, but was pleasantly surprised to find many items, priced lower than Tesco, Asda, and Sainsbury’s.Easy to park, friendly staff. As Schwarzenegger said "I'll be back"”

“Much maligned but I find them an effective alternative to a full shopping experience if you know what you want and you chose the right time it's a breeze! I took an able bodied mate with me to load the trolley got 24 50ml bottles of water for £3.75 brilliant value. And lots of iced lollies for my mum! She goes through them at a rate of knots!”

“Fantastic experience and service. My 3 young daughters and I were extremely well looked after by Julie (S), who could see that I was struggling with the self-checkout! Her warmth and kindness were second to none- I’ve not experienced that before when shopping anywhere. M&S Food is extremely lucky to have Julie working for them. Merry Christmas to you all.”

“Bit cramped, could be set up better, especially when queues for the post office block aisles and people waiting for the pharmacist make it difficult to look at shelves and move through the store. But nice, friendly staff”

“I regularly visit the Home Bargains store on Sturry Road and I'm always impressed with my shopping experience. The staff is always all very friendly and welcoming, which really makes me feel valued as a customer. Not only that, but they are incredibly knowledgeable about the wide range of products they have on offer. The prices at Home Bargains are fantastic - very reasonable compared to other stores in the area. And speaking of products, they have a fantastic range available! Everything from instant coffee to pet food, cleaning products, and toys can be found on their shelves. Plus, they have all the basic foods you could need, such as apples, eggs, and pasta.I found the parking at this location to be incredibly easy, which makes the whole experience even better. All in all, I would highly recommend Home Bargains on Sturry Road to anyone looking for great basic everyday products at great prices, and a welcoming shopping experience.”

“I actually sat in the car with the motor running while my gf got a coat and some hot drinks. She came back with Earl Grey rather than regular tea, but feels mean to remove a star for that.”

“Plenty of space, not noisy, today there was plenty of everything except raspberries some good offers. Check out a bit slow but I lime a proper check out, not self service”

“Great shop with loads of choice and friendly staff. You can get big bags of decent frozen pierogi here and lots of choice of sausage/other meats - we have become quite regular visitors! Thank you ?”

“Handy shop with large free car park to rear. Friendly staff. Costa coffee and hot sausage rolls/pies as well as usual ready made sandwiches/salads. Not the cheapest but is a nice shop and very convenient because quite a way to large towns. Don't mind paying a bit more for convenience.”

“So this local Aldi is well stocked with the essentials including the common branded items and the budget versions e.g. a third of the cost for basically the same thing which is a huge money saver for those who aren't fussed about packaging and brand names. Never have to wait too long at the checkout, and ample parking. The road layout is beyond their control, but it's a pain to get to on foot from the other side of Wincheap road because one has to walk the long way round.”

“Monday AM: Queued for an hour to obtain diesel but was able to fill tank. Forecourt Marshalls directing drivers to pumps so quite efficient. Unleaded also available.”

“Staff is always nice in this small tesco.

Just by small tesco, I really mean 'small' tesco. If somebody is at a shelf then no place for an other customer. You constantly will bump into people.

But, they also have self checkout, staff is nice, great range of products for a shop of this size, so all overall not a bad place.”

“The usual high standard that you come to expect of Morrisons. However, the receipts that come out of the self service tills are nearly legible. They need to be checked regularly by staff.”

“Lovely little shop with friendly staff, had the random bits and bobs I needed. Perfect as a little convenience shop, it was a little small and cluttered though so it was a bit of a struggle for me and my guide dog to navigate through.”
