Went to pick up prescription for little one, not available, they told me boots wincheap has it, I went there and they didn't have it. All that during rush hour

Very slow, delays picking up prescriptions. On top of that I arrived at 9.05 and they told me the pharmacist would be late (20 min) and I could not wait inside.
