“I was served by this lovely lady Jemima, I told her id been struggling to sleep due to my anxiety and poor mental health and she showed me some products to help with this. She was so kind and compassionate in the process and even sat me down whilst I tried some of the products and chatted with me in a quiet area of the store. When I got to the till as a random act of kindness she gifted me one additional product. I was so moved by this as I had been really struggling to leave the house and had almost had a panic attack on the way but that act of kindness just filled me with such gratitude and she has no idea how much I needed that. Amazing customer service from a wonderful human being.”

“Fantastic Body Shop with loads of products and friendly staff and some nice offers. The store is nicely spaced and caters well for social distancing measures during there’s difficult times. There is plenty of space and hand sanitisers are available as well.”

No Bronze or Peach No7 makeup Skin Illuminator, or the No7 body glow thing, usually with the sun screens. Get your act together Boots, we don't all want to look like death warmed up. Let's have a bit of shine and colour. Us older customers need to brighten our skin up, not dull it down to look like death. It's coming quickly enough without wearing it.”

“Convenient chemist where you can avoid the crowds in the high street. They have quite a few essentials in stock too. Service is a bit slow but this is kind of nice and the staff are friendly. The whole place closes down for lunch which has caught me out a few times so be aware of the opening times posted on the door.”
