Went in to buy two pairs of kids trainers on the first Saturday of the school holidays. Had to search high and low for a member of staff and was then told they'd send someone over. After 15 mins waiting, we gave up and left. Atrocious customer experience.

Went Into this store today , found a trainer shoe that I liked , no staff to be seen ! Waited 5 mins , then went to checkout to ask staff member for help , which they did via headset ! I heard the message ! Still waited for another 4 mins .! Gave up and walked out ! I will re visit tomorrow and ask to speak to manager.!...
