“My Partner and I came here on our anniversary to buy each-other something and had some great service on Friday by Amanda, she did not hesitate to help us find what we was looking for, even going out of her way to tell us about the perfumes and aftershaves to make sure we found the one that was right for us. We was both so happy walking out the shop because of how nice and attentive she was, even sending us on our way with a free gift each. Thank you Amanda you made our day”

“Think about the staff AS HUMANS. Someone said they visited at 7pm and staff was tired and miserable. That person has never worked in a big busy shop before. People have rights to be exhausted after whole day of pleasing customers who buy random crap. It's not THAT exciting to see you buying pair of priced-down knickers at 7pm from Calvin Klein. I used to work in department store and whole day standing, folding, smiling, cleaning, answering the same stupid questions - its NOT a dream job. So cut people some slack from time to time. And its TKMAX so you will be back anyway, because bargain magnet is stronger than your injured pride Karen.”

“I don't shop here often, but they had something I wanted. The store is a lot smaller than it used to be and you don't need a membership card like you used to! Good range of wares, not cheap, but not expensive either midway between Primark and M&S! Friendly, helpful staff, and lots of parking.”

“I've lost count of how many backpacks I have owned during my sixty years of camping, but anyone looking for one that's versatile, read on. I normally travel light, using a 45L on the Camino de Santiago, but the short trip I was planning required a one-man tent so I needed something slightly larger. I chose the Inca 65L and, although it weighs 2kilos, the multiple pockets made it well worth the weight. The bottom compartment was perfect for stuffing my tent and pegs into (without the tent bag), and the bendy-poles slid into an elasticated net before I strapped my mat over them. This kept the pack compact, neat, and well balanced, with nothing flopping around.It's August 2023, England is very wet, yet I found it to be comfortable and exceptionally well designed with spacious side pockets, so, at least, take a look before committing yourself to anything cheaper or more expensive. I paid £89.99, and It suits my needs very well.”

“Well stocked and a great variety of coats which is why went in there with my wife as she wanted a new coat. A good size selection for what she wanted and got. The queue was rather long but with the amount of tills staffed it didn't take us long to get served. Only downside was a rather thick coat my wife brought and you didn't have big bags for it. That is my only Critique”

“Love this shop do not mind paying extra for quality and clothing that washes well and keeps it's shape. Always go to the Boxing Day Sales , usually arrive around 5.10 am . Do not mind waiting around in the cold until doors open at 6 am. Great bargains for all ages everyone is polite to each other , while searching along the racks of clothing. Staff are great !!!. My first visit to this store since lockdown . Very impressed with way store is laid out to Covid rules so hygienic and a lot of thought has gone to keeping us the customers extremely safe . Must admit so far Next has gone above and beyond in keeping staff and customers safe . Proud to be one of their loyal customers straight in and out this morning . Thank you very much a enjoyable visit today no panic buying”

“I've put 5 stars but my review is bitter/sweet. I've been using ASDA delivery since Covid because I'm a vulnerable patient. The staff are above and beyond. However, their Delivery System has failed not just the customer but their workers too. My orders are very large as this is my only means of food shopping. The tracking system hasn't worked now for about a month to six weeks! So not sure when shopping is going to arrive. The substitutes can be hit or miss, but at least you can return and are refunded immediately. You really need to get some help with your computer system guys! Its really letting you DOWN!”
