“Love this shop and the staff are amazing with the kids. They always have good sales and nothing is too much trouble. You can not beat getting childrens feet measured. They deserve to feel comfortable all day in shoes that fit well.”

“The floor manager Emma is an absolutely lovely kind staff member, I have a sister who likes to come in & shop in the store who is deaf & Emma as soon as she see’s her in the store she will make a point to go over to say hello to her she knows that she might need some help in the store & asks if she is ok. Emma assists her with whatever she needs & is very good communicating with her & understands what she is saying & assists & stays with her to help her purchase what she needs. This makes my sister feel less stressed whilst shopping.”

“I don't shop here often, but they had something I wanted. The store is a lot smaller than it used to be and you don't need a membership card like you used to! Good range of wares, not cheap, but not expensive either midway between Primark and M&S! Friendly, helpful staff, and lots of parking.”

“Love this shop do not mind paying extra for quality and clothing that washes well and keeps it's shape. Always go to the Boxing Day Sales , usually arrive around 5.10 am . Do not mind waiting around in the cold until doors open at 6 am. Great bargains for all ages everyone is polite to each other , while searching along the racks of clothing. Staff are great !!!. My first visit to this store since lockdown . Very impressed with way store is laid out to Covid rules so hygienic and a lot of thought has gone to keeping us the customers extremely safe . Must admit so far Next has gone above and beyond in keeping staff and customers safe . Proud to be one of their loyal customers straight in and out this morning . Thank you very much a enjoyable visit today no panic buying”

“A very good M&S store with a foodhall and cafe. The cafe. is good but on during the day and at weekends it's very busy and hardly no seating space. I found that best times to go are mid-weekday afternoons around 3pm onwards and 4pm on weekends. These tend to be the quiet times and hardly no queues and you still have a good choice of cakes and snacks.I recommend a cappuccino with Oat Milk!Staff are friendly and always provide a good service - Highly Recommend!”

“Prompt polite helpful staff. Wish the lift had been clearly sign posted though. I struggled up the stairs with a broken ankle before realising the lift was there.”
