Very shocking store, the woman at the till has a very disgusting attitude and needs to go on a course for people skills,how has a massive brand company have staff like this,will never go back.

HORRIBLE SHOP AND MISERABLE RUDE STAFF. Really small store, staff are lacking in basic communication skills. REFUNDS ARE NOT GIVEN EVEN WITH RECEIPT UNDER 7 DAYS!!! What a joke, bought kids' shoes and clothes, but my kid didn't like them and returned them, was told the policy has changed, and they can't refund you money but give you a credit slip to spend on their shop. Bloody corrupt shop can't even get our own money back. Have to go to their shop to spend £50 credit, what a joke.... read full comment
