“My husband and I are thankful for the wonderful customer service provided to us by this outlet.We had reached out to the Ashford outlet (which was closest to us as we were in London) regarding a faulty track jacket that was purchased from another outlet within the UK.Despite not being the outlet that sold the jacket to us, they were kind enough to arrange for an exchange, and on top of that the replacement piece was sent to a city outlet nearer to us, for us to conduct the exchange. This also saved us an additional journey from London to Ashford.Many thanks to the outlet staff Jessie and her manager Ryan, for taking the initiative and going the extra mile to provide a seamless customer experience.”
“Today I visited the store and upon entering I was greeted warmly at the door. There was a T-shirt which I forgot to order and went completely out of stock which I was gutted about. They often jave special offers on lots of things which is great. Parking is not an issue as it's in a shopping centre that has lots of parking. “It is right at the edge of bridge. If you want to park your car then park at Tesco express across the road where parking is free for 30 minutes. Service is great and store is very friendly and loveable.”
“Perfectly average superdry store apart from one thing. The sound system is turned up WAY too loud, to the point that they have either blown out the speakers or the amps have begun to distort. I'd suggest turning it down or off until you get it sorted, the awful distortion makes being in the store intolerable, especially as they have the volume up so loud. I don't even mind the music itself - I actually quite like it, it's just intolerably distorted.\\n\\nFix your sound system, and then you'd get five stars - it's been like this for at least a year now. I feel bad for the staff.”

“Abercrombie has a large variety of clothes. Their clothes are very comfortable, their products range from children to adults and they also have almost all the wear for all ages. Their sleepwear is the best. It is comfortable and soft. The waist is elastic. To make it short Abercrombie has very good clothes with good quality.”

“Own car park with plenty of spaces. Lots of choice of clothing for men, women and children.Not many staff available to answer questions and only 1 at the tills. It was not a very busy time, 5.30 on a Saturday evening , so may have more at other times.”
