“It is right at the edge of bridge. If you want to park your car then park at Tesco express across the road where parking is free for 30 minutes. Service is great and store is very friendly and loveable.”

“Phase Eight was the first store we visited on 30/05/2024, for a mother of the groom outfit. The choice in this store was amazing and, we felt comfortable as soon as we stepped into browse, being greeted with a smile and hello from the staff.
I picked out a few outfits in no time, and was invited to have them hung in a changing room while still browsing.
The customer service received from Jitlea and Alexa was truly outstanding, going above and beyond customer service I’ve received in a long time. Suggestions were made, even looking up on your app for me to see if other sizes were available to order. At no time did I feel rushed or, a nuisance for taking my time.
I came away with a beautiful dress, shoes and, a jacket on order.
What a truly wonderful shopping experience given by Jitlea & Alexa, I can’t thank you enough.

“If you don't already know, Hollister occupies the old Gap location. It's a shop offering great variety and excellent prices. The jeans, for example, come in a variety of leg lengths as well as styles and waist measurements. I bought some 'Skinny Stretch' 29x30 ones for £27.30. They fit perfectly. Bargain!!”

“Busy store with staff that have been there a long time so know the store well and can help you find items quickly which is magic. The store is clean and well stocked. They often jave special offers on lots of things which is great. Parking is not an issue as it's in a shopping centre that has lots of parking. You can also order online and pick up in store, which is another useful thing?”
