“Great staff! Visited today and stopped at the cafe. Had a really good laugh with the lady and gent behind the counter who also assisted me coz I’m awaiting new glasses ? We had a good chuckle coz I had to have a child’s portion. Staff all around the shop had a good sense of humour and were pleasant and helpful. We got what we went in for, plus extras!! I love Dunelm! We bought a rug too and the gent there was really helpful and friendly. Always a great experience visiting the store, great stock is enhanced by fantastic staff!! A good choice of materials for all the sofas, as well as a range of sizes and features. The staff are friendly and available. They meander through the store all day, not intrusively, so you can browse at your leisure, but if you have a question, they're happy to step in and answer away.”
