“Great sized store and very friendly staff on the tills, and particularly wanted to say thank you to the young man at the cafe (not sure what his name was but on shift on 10th sept around 2pm) who was very friendly and gave excellent service (and made us great coffees including a great iced latte, lovely for a hot day!)”

“It’s a DIY hardware store/garden centre. Went on a Sunday, was busy but was able to park easily and get what we wanted not much room in the busier aisles to manoeuvre the trolley. Didn’t have the paint that we wanted so picked another brand which was similar. Self checkout was good.”

“I'm looking for a new sofa and DFS have got a summer sale on.I had an idea of the sofas I wanted to buy, but I wanted to try them out in person, and see the colour swatches for the fabricsIt was easy to find the sofas I was interested in, and the swatches were all laid out next to each range... simple.The only thing missing was the dimensions of each item in the range (or I wasn't able to find them). Not to worry, I could quickly pop onto the website on my phone and look them up quickly.I was also left alone to look at the sofas in peace - no one came over to try to push me into a sale.I would say that the prices of some sofas were cheaper on the website than those displayed in store, so it might be worth checking the online price and then asking if the store are matching that price if you want to buy in person.”
