“From the moment we walked in, all 3 girls were so friendly (apologies, I only caught Jenny's name and not the other 2!). Asked what we were after, offered advice, but left us to our own devices and we weren't pushed. They were also absolutely wonderful with our 3 year old Daughter, talking to her about Disney princesses and one even put 'let it go' on for her (and our Daughter gave a little show! ?) and showing her the 'magic bed'. We purchased the mattress we wanted and were able to take it away (it didn't fit in my husbands car) but it seemed no issue to hold for us. Really lovely and friendly staff and that makes a huge difference! A really big thank you!”

“Love this branch. It's always bright and tidy. Staff are super friendly and helpful. They have a big range of products and so can normally find what you are looking for.
Cafe is brilliant if youve never been in as they do breakfast, lunch and snacks at a really good price. Cakes are yummy and again they don't rip you off, its really well priced especially for the quality of the products that you get, so yes I mean you not paying much but the food/drinks which are a at a great quailty, you'll walk away thinking how do they make any money, just shows lots of places rip you off for F&B, not here thou.”

“I visited this store after seeing a paper product online and wanted to double check the colour. On arrival at the store I was greeted with a warm welcome even though the shop was exceptionally busy. Sally assisted me in looking at the product on line and guided me to the product in store. It was unfortunately not the shade I was expecting so on this occasion didn’t make a purchase. The assistance given to me by Sally was exceptional a definite credit to Rymans. Well done and thank you Sally!”

“Great sized shop, even though it’s busy there’s usually enough staff on the shop floor and at the tills to stop a massive backlog/queue of customers waiting to pay. Average prices. Repeat customer. Has an outside area for gardening also.”
