Excellent service from staff and amazing sales on. One particular customer assistant, named Ron at the Ashford branch went above and beyond to provide immaculate service.

No returns only exchange and that must be returned within 14 days. Also they do not tell you this when u make a purchase. The staff tried to tell me that most shops at Ashford outlet have the same policy which is rubbish!

I go into the store to have a look around and was greeted with bad customer service and one employee slapped me. Will not be coming back.
