Superb customer service! I was given a lovely alpaca Keyring for Christmas and promptly damaged it when my ring caught its ‘hair’. I got in touch with So Cosy who asked me to send my alpaca back for them to look at. Kelly kept in touch with me and a replacement alpaca has been sent within days. Very reassuring to know...

I highly recommend the great products from So Cosy. I meanwhile know the company for many years and I love my collection of fine blankets, warm throws and cosy scarfs and cusion covers. Awesome products, lovely people - happy that we met long time ago at Equitana :)

So Cosy is a brand based in Hertfordshire England. Established in 2009 by husband and wife team Vilija and Rimsky, with their first stall at Old Spitalfields Market, London.
