I've rung them regarding a couple of orders, to check details of items before ordering, and once had a little problem on one of my orders - not the store's fault, but a technical error. They've been able to answer all my queries, and went out of their way to fix the technical problem and keep me updated, holding aside for me the specific sale item I wanted, so that I didn't miss out.
