“How can I not give Dawn and her team anything less than full marks.Unfortunately I lost my mother .I live 3hours away from Letchwoth and needed to find a local florist .I visited Garden City Florist and met Dawn . I asked if I could have a sewing machine made from myself and a crucifix from my lad for his grandmother.Dawn said she hadn't made a sewing machine before however it wouldn't be a problem.She certainly didn't let me down both sewing machine and crucifix were excellent.If Dawn would like to use a photo of her masterpiece on the website I would definitely not have an issueThank you team”

“Definitely the local go-to place for tiles but some stock can take over a week to get in if you order it in store. However, if you order the same stuff off the website it arrives in store usually next day. Go figure that one out.”
“Large store. Has a wide range of DIY materials. Had only one brand of the item I wanted, although several were shown as available when checking online. Items in aisles are not very well marked out making it time consuming to find what I wanted. Overall, a good store though. One star deducted due to poor aisle signage.”
