What a great, independent shop. I've bought several items from here, including a number of rugs (the eco-rugs are superb, and I use them both indoors and outdoors) and a gorgeous throw (Laurie off-white linen bed throw). The quality of goods is flawless: beautifully made, from the best materials, built to last and very luxurious. Customer service is second-to-none. I've rung them regarding a couple of orders, to check details of items before ordering, and once had a little problem on one of my orders - not the store's fault, but a technical error. They've been able to answer all my queries, and went out of their way to fix the technical problem and keep me updated, holding aside for me the specific sale item I wanted, so that I didn't miss out. This is the advantage of a real shop run by people who founded and care about the business. Every member of staff I've had contact with has been friendly, well-informed and keen to help. All orders have been thoughtfully wrapped, and dispatched and delivered promptly. I wholeheartedly recommend this independent store for their gorgeous products and great customer service you can count on.

Superb customer service! I was given a lovely alpaca Keyring for Christmas and promptly damaged it when my ring caught its ?hair?. I got in touch with So Cosy who asked me to send my alpaca back for them to look at. Kelly kept in touch with me and a replacement alpaca has been sent within days. Very reassuring to know that the quality of customer care matches the quality of the beautiful products. Thank you.

I highly recommend the great products from So Cosy. I meanwhile know the company for many years and I love my collection of fine blankets, warm throws and cosy scarfs and cusion covers. Awesome products, lovely people - happy that we met long time ago at Equitana :)

I am from Germany and love the products. Vilija, Rimsky and Kelly made everything possible for me to get my new Dane blankets and Shiraz rugs as quickly and easily as possible. The products are something extraordinary, a real eye-catcher and the quality is very good. My first rug is now 6 years old and looks like new. The products fit so well with the English country house style that I have chosen for my home. I am often asked by my visitors where I got the blankets, rugs and other homeware because they fall in love with the products straight away.I am now well prepared for the cold season with the great Dane blankets and look forward to evenings in front of the fireplace.

I?ve got multiple So Cosy throws and I keep coming back for more. Baby alpaca items are my favourite- soft, light and extremely warm. They also make a perfect gift!Good quality items, that last a lifetime, paired with outstanding customer service- they are definitely my go to, especially for Christmas.Thanks for being brilliant!

Absolutely brilliant blankets! Got first one round 10 years ago and it's still like new! Just another reason why I keep coming back and getting presents pretty much every year from So Cosy to comfort my family and friends. Very highly recommended!
