The staff at the self checkout operate this place like a maximum security prison. I have never been to a supermarket with such rude staff. It’s like they treat you as a suspected thief and it’s guilty until proven innocent. I won’t be visiting again

I had to use the baby change facilities today at 6pm with my 3 month old and they were atrocious. The toilet was full of tissue and the seat was covered with feces. You'd be inclined to forgive and think it had only just happened but unfortunately the nappy bins that were overflowing and filthy and the flies buzzing around... read full comment
