“I don't find any reason not to give 5 stars.There is a reasonable amount of goods on the shelves and the staff are very friendly. Make sure you check the Post Office opening times before you set out. Not all the staff are conversant with the PO procedures.”

“Very conveniently located and often has a good range of products (at times, though, they are short on a few items)The tills are usually unmanned when the store is quiet and you have to go to find someone if you are buying energy drinks/age restricted products, but I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes.They sometimes also have really good Tesco Clubcard deals.”

“One of Tesco biggest stores can get clothes house wear items and has just opened a new cafe. The store was very busy when we were shopping but because of its size it was still nice to shop. Got what was on the list and some more.”

“Truthfully I only use this Tesco Express for Evri returns and emergencies as other convenience shops are closer to me. From a retail perspective they always have what I want and the self checkouts help keep queues down. For Evri, I had one poor experience originally where the staff member was very unhelpful and didn’t make any effort to be friendly and polite to me, however I’ve used Evri twice since that experience in store, and the staff member on those occasions (a lady with grey hair, didn’t get her name) has been so friendly and helpful I couldn’t ask for more!”

“Nice little petrol station and Tesco express, can get very busy at times for fuel but has 2 self service card tills so for shopping it can be really quick and easy, if paying by card though, if your not getting fuel aswell or are paying by cash it may be easier and quicker to pop to Lidl or Nisa or even Co-op over the other side!”

“Popped in to buy a drink and was greeted by a warm friendly lady with a big smile it’s a small shop but packed with all the essentials the staff are really helpful it was a hot day and the gentleman in the shop replaced the drink I was buying with a much colder one the customer service is excellent.”

“Amazing customer service provided by a fantastic member of staff called, “Ricky”. He is polite, courteous, friendly, warm and welcoming, with a smile on his face, every time I go there. Full of knowledge and outstanding customer service skills. This guy is a credit to the company BP and should be recognised by his management and owners of BP, for the level of service he provides. A guy like Ricky is wasted working in a petrol station and should be winning awards all over the place. All customers acknowledge and respect Ricky tremendously for his hard work and effort. Honestly I’m just a taxi driver but if I owned a company, I would employee this guy immediately as he is the best of the best in my and many others eyes. I spoke with him many times and he is very welcoming too customers and he said he has only been with the company for a month now. I thought he had been here for years and years and was the main site manager the way he comes across. I really hope BP owners and managers commend and give this guy rewards and gratitude as I honestly believe he is worth so much more, than working this as a customer service person. This guy Ricky deserves to be the main boss and manager as his skills outweigh the current manager who is not very friendly and welcoming in my view. Ricky makes this BP very good, he is an asset to the company and I definitely will go back again and again because of him. Well done Ricky for your amazing achievements in this place as you said you have only been there for a month now. 5 starts for BP Wiggenhall Road, Watford and a super 5 stars for Ricky. He is going to be offered so many jobs by various people that see him at work believe me. A very happy customer due to his outstanding service.”

“Lovely store, parking available nearby and around the side. Good variety of stock with good dates. The aisles are free from clutter unlike other competitors in local stores (whilst unsightly, is a danger when having mobility issues) Staff are approachable and helpful. Had the need today for a home delivery via deliveroo delivery guy was very pleasant and got everything I ordered packed nicely and all with good dates. Thank you.”

“I feel the other reviews here may be slightly exaggerated, there is a reasonable selection, there was a queue for the tills but wouldn’t say it was unacceptable (about 2 mins max), and the staff weren’t the friendliest I’d ever encountered but I’d still say they were reasonably polite and wouldn’t say they were rude”
