“I went shopping at Sainsbury's two days ago and found that some of the shelves had been reorganized. Similar products were grouped together. (For example, cup noodles, canned food, oils...) The classification of goods is clearer than before, customers can search the goods easier. Thank you to the store keepers for their hard work and effort. Well done and keep it up!”

“I love shopping at M&S food hall in Watford. The selection is great and reasonably priced for the quality. On my most recent trip I was served by a lady named Nasima and she was so warm and kind. She let me know about missed promotions on a few of my items so I was grateful for that as most cashiers don't bother flagging it. Thank you!”

“I have been shopping at this local store for the past three years. They offer almost everything I need at reasonable prices. The staff is always friendly and helpful.”

“I went in Morrisons on Saturday especially for cat food and paracetamol but I picked up more goodies in my shopping basket
When it came to pay my bank card was not going through
I attempted 3 times tried cashing money even tried other means no luck
I was feeling so embarrassed Then realised my card was blocked due to bank fraud phew
The assistant Aiden had packed my shopping and I told him I will go home and come back to pay
He insisted saying don’t worry and had paid for it
I was more embarrassed and insisted on getting my daughter to come and pay
We came back relieved and paid AIDEN back
He was so kind and courteous Humanity at its best
I couldn’t thank him enough for having trust in me

“This Costcutter is literally right outside Bushey station.\\n\\nThey are selling pretty much your local goods that's needed daily.\\n\\nStaff were nice, nothing more really.\\n\\nCan't go too wrong.”

“Nice little petrol station and Tesco express, can get very busy at times for fuel but has 2 self service card tills so for shopping it can be really quick and easy, if paying by card though, if your not getting fuel aswell or are paying by cash it may be easier and quicker to pop to Lidl or Nisa or even Co-op over the other side!”

“Excellent service with both the eye test and assistance of floor staff when choosing glasses.Myself and my young daughter went for an eye test. The optician was incredible with daughter, so patient and explained each step of the test so that my daughter felt at ease during her first eye test.When I was choosing glasses for myself the floor staff helped me I choosing a pair of glasses, I didn’t feel rushed and was pleased with all of the advice I received and service given. Will definitely be visibly this particular store again.”

“Really nice little store! It's convenient that they have a post office little section also really friendly staff there. Some of the prices on a lot of the items are reasonable and sometimes cheaper than other shops. Great little shop they get 5 stars from me!”

“I go to this Morrisons regularly but I experienced some fantastic customer service yesterday from an individual who went above and beyond to help me. This employee, who works on the shop floor, helped me to find a product but went out of her way to check on the store computer and then source the product I wanted, spending up to 30 mins + helping me to find what I needed. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she was so helpful and amenable, super customer service! A heart-felt thank you to this lovely lady, (whose name I unfortunately didn’t get), for sourcing my product, I am truly grateful. She is a credit to the team.

“Really nice people. Great opening times.They open at 6am, though, not 5:30am as it says here.On the off chance somebody reads this review the same week I'm writing it, it appears that they're closed. It may just be that they've adjusted their opening times though, which is a shame.”

“The security guards are on the ball so I always feel safe. Lots of good special offers. One set of veg weighing scales are usually inaccurate and have been for over a year,so do check they are set to 0 before you put your veg or fruit on as otherwise you will be overcharged.”

“accidentally left a couple of my items behind after paying at the self checkout and walked away without realising, as I was putting my bags in my car I realised I had left a few bits behind, turned around to go back and get them but the security Mohammed was already there with my forgotten items, he literally chased me across the car park To return them! really friendly and helpful guy just wanted to say thanks”

“Miserable lot of staff working on the tills, they act as though they are doing you a favour when you want to pay instead of using the self service tills. Tesco Express are a rip off as well, they can hike the price of an product overnight by 30pences. Prefer Spar staff as they are always polite and helpful, plus you get a smile too.”

“I like this convenience store it has a good selection of items, flavoured water, plain also nice big bottles of lemonade, cola & others canned vegetables, soups, bread, biscuits, cakes, soaps, shampoos also other products must not forget wines,beers they have good prices I wished I lived neary”

“My fav supermarket with so much choice! Always love shopping in there. Everything clean and tidy. Love the george section, always find what I need for the children and even myself. Great home section. So much available and well organised.”

“Truthfully I only use this Tesco Express for Evri returns and emergencies as other convenience shops are closer to me. From a retail perspective they always have what I want and the self checkouts help keep queues down. For Evri, I had one poor experience originally where the staff member was very unhelpful and didn’t make any effort to be friendly and polite to me, however I’ve used Evri twice since that experience in store, and the staff member on those occasions (a lady with grey hair, didn’t get her name) has been so friendly and helpful I couldn’t ask for more!”

“This branch of Budgens is a useful convenience store. For a small store it is packed with useful items that one might need. I have been going to this store for 15 years. I have found the staff very helpful and polite. It is a small team so sometimes there is a wait time. This is compensated by the fact that they are open for long hours and so have been really useful when nearby stores are closed.”
