“I have used Gardener & Basson for years. Their standard of services completely outclasses the big names which I did try occasionally. I would not use any other opticians. Their support service should you damage your glasses or need the frames adjusted is 100% and invariably without charge.You can also easily park on the premises in Watford.”

“Excellent service with both the eye test and assistance of floor staff when choosing glasses.Myself and my young daughter went for an eye test. The optician was incredible with daughter, so patient and explained each step of the test so that my daughter felt at ease during her first eye test.When I was choosing glasses for myself the floor staff helped me I choosing a pair of glasses, I didn’t feel rushed and was pleased with all of the advice I received and service given.
