After two eye tests and paying for new glasses I was dizzy and sick wearing the glasses I was fobbed off by an Asian man apparently whom specialises in glasses fitment he advised me to wear them for longer! I been coming to asda opticians since it opened I never had problems but last year oppoinments have been cancelled last week I took time off work for my oppoinment I rang them to confirm time but was told your oppoinment has been cancelled due to no one available to cover or something I explained I took time off work but... read full comment

Thought id give this place a go. Booked 2 weeks in advance. They cancelled evening before appt. Shortage of staff isnt and shouldnt be an excuse. The problem is stores have lost the art of customer service. My advise would be to book 2 place's just in case one lets you down ! Dont worry about my time off work.
