After two eye tests and paying for new glasses I was dizzy and sick wearing the glasses I was fobbed off by an Asian man apparently whom specialises in glasses fitment he advised me to wear them for longer! He did not even look at my glasses. I came back to ask for a refund another week later. I was greeted by a very late 50s age short long haired Asian woman by WHAT as I walked in the shop she was totally unprofessional rude and blunt. I explained the situation and that I would like a refund due to my concerns with the glasses. She flatley refused and said come back tomorrow. I politely pointed out I was entitled to a refund and I'd been to another optician and told to not wear them and they was incorrect. She refused to give me her name after half an hour arguing my case with her I got a refund. Both my eye tests was rushed and felt like they just wanted to sell me new glasses and get rid of me. I definitely would warn anyone to not go there.as this was 630pm in the evening there was no one else there so I could make a complaint.

I been coming to asda opticians since it opened I never had problems but last year oppoinments have been cancelled last week I took time off work for my oppoinment I rang them to confirm time but was told your oppoinment has been cancelled due to no one available to cover or something I explained I took time off work but they were not interested my last pair of glasses I got do not fit properly I am disappointed I have emailed but no reply

Thought id give this place a go. Booked 2 weeks in advance. They cancelled evening before appt. Shortage of staff isnt and shouldnt be an excuse. The problem is stores have lost the art of customer service. My advise would be to book 2 place's just in case one lets you down ! Dont worry about my time off work.

She said there was a shadow behind my left eyeball, she then made out a Hosp appointment card, Hospital Dr Specialist said there was no such shadow all ok, put me through a lot of stress and worry for nothing.

Sooo friendly in comparison to my old opticians. Lovely and helpful staff!They were very well organised with covid19 sanatising everything and still able to try glasses on!Prices are amazing used to paying 300+ wheres it was only 80 for new frame and lenses!

They?ve tried to sell me the worst made glasses I?ve ever seen in my life - and twice! (The lenses were totally sticking out of the frame in every direction and the optician thought it acceptable because they were -4. My mother wears -8 and they were never sticking out of the frame!) Dreadful service, I?ve only wasted a lot of time for going there and back, but no one to even say ?sorry about that?.

Dreadful customer service at the front desk. The manager couldn't be bothered to speak with me about my issue. I felt I wasn't valued as a customer. Shame, as I think the opticians there do a great job.

Called more then 4 times to try and book an appointment. With no asnwer to the phone calls, with no option to leave a voicemail. Called at different times 18:30 and at 19:15 meant to close at 8pm but no answer.
