“the frame of my reading glasses had broken and I went to this store to see if they could be repaired.I was looked after by James and he took them into the back room and later came out with them fixed. I was delighted.I was delighted; there was no hard sell or anything; he just tried his best to help me.And what was more was that when I reached for my credit card he said that there was no charge as it was only a screw and nut that were attached.This was truly wonderful service.I have just had an eye operation so it was not the time to do an eye test, but as soon as I have been given the all-clear from the surgeon I shall go to Boots Opticians Rickmansworth to do an eye test and get some new glasses.”
