Initially I was happy with my nose piercing. But after about 6 weeks it kept falling out. I then went to a needled based piercing place which did a much better piercing. Smaller bar with a screw. No problems, didn't fall out and they will adjust the post length for free.

We got our daughter's ears pierced last month and one of the crystal from the earrings came off.
