“MASSIVE THANKS to Joanna and all the team at Goldsmith's Watford. I told my daughter that I wanted to buy her a Rolex for her 21st birthday and could she choose one. When she showed me the one she wanted I knew it was a high demand piece! I went over to Goldsmith's Watford and was met by Joanna who took all of my details and put me on the list. She did warn me at the time that it was in high demand. I couldn't believe it when a couple of months later I got a call saying they had one available. I arranged with the shop that I would bring my daughter over and when we were in the shop we would surprise her with the watch. Joanna even phoned me the day before to check the details to make sure everything went perfectly. On Sunday I came in to the shop with my daughter who still had no clue she was about to get a Rolex and was met by Joanna. The whole experience could not have been better and my daughter absolutely loves her new watch. So once again, many thanks to you all.”
