“Spent lots of money here over the years!It's quite a good all round store although some of the higher prices let it down!Staff are very helpful I think the management could try abit harder to help customers so almost 5 stars but instead will go for a 4!”

“I love shopping at M&S food hall in Watford. The selection is great and reasonably priced for the quality. On my most recent trip I was served by a lady named Nasima and she was so warm and kind. She let me know about missed promotions on a few of my items so I was grateful for that as most cashiers don't bother flagging it. Thank you!”

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Hodan on two occasions once when I needed a suite for Royal Ascot and again for a wedding in Sicily. She was incredibly friendly, and professional, and really took the time to help me choose the perfect size and style. Everything fit perfectly and looked great. I truly appreciated her support and attention to detail. I’ll definitely be coming back to her next time I need a suite. If you need one I recommend asking for her.”

I was very fortunate to deal with the Manager of the JD Sports in Watford her name is Karmila and the service level, the understanding and the attention to detail was by far the best customer service I have had.I believe people like Karmila are very important in retail as they understand customer needs and will go out of there way to make things right.I shall continue to shop at JD Sports in Watford and thank you Karmila.”

She could tell I was nervous about visiting these kinds of shops and not familiar with some of the products and how they work, so she took the time to explain to me and made me feel at ease . “Great range of clothes for plus size woman. They sometimes have good sales on as well that I would recommend to look out for. Can get everything from formal wear to everytm day essentials like leggings and underwear. Staff are lovely to and can help find the right things for you”

“Served today by Chanel who couldn’t have been more helpful. My youngest son (8 years) was buying for his brothers turning (18 & 21 ). Chanel took time to explain and asked questions about their likes and dislikes . Very happy with the service and will come back again to due her help. “I had a sofa delivered today by Costa and nick from Watford bhf store ...it was a very tricky job for them ,as the space we had was extremely minimal ...but with a drill and some maneuvering, takin a door off aswel to get it through, and they both worked hard and knew what they were doin .very professional, will 100 % be using them again in the future”

She’s incredibly skilled and so caring, always making sure I’m comfortable and happy with the shape. The results are always perfect and tailored just for me. “This oxfam shop has been here for donkeys years ! As you would expect covid procedures in place. Lots of choice, some high end value with ebay comparison proof so bargains to be had. Notice boards outside looking for volunteer's - such a fantastic location surrounded by eateries and other charities etc, gade car park approx 2 minutes away.”
