Good range of clothes but sadly the shop closed the fitting rooms at 3:30pm, the store doesn't close until 6pm. Not sure if this is a store or company policy but is one I think needs looking into - for me the benefit of going in store is being able to try on before purchase which I sadly couldn't do and therefore didn't... read full comment

I loved my shopping in new look , I was satisfied with in-store experience and Lisa helped me through my purchase and even gave me suggestions. The customer service was really appreciable.
