I didn't purchase anything on my first visit and wasn't made to feel at all intimidated . I purchased 2 pairs of trousers on my second visit and as mentioned the staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble in fetching me different sizes.

Watford branch helpful.. St Albans less so on first visit but second visit was better. Watford branch has wider range of wise fittings and helpful.
Prices march the product - £££ and better quality than some. Wish they did more prettier choices for wider feet...”
