Frances is around later in the day. Today was selected for random check on self scan and needed to scan 38 items. Couldn’t have been more apologetic for delay. Frances was really polite had a big smile on her face and apologised to other customers for the delay. Great Customer Service skills, have witnessed her dealing with a difficult customer in the past and she dealt with it with professionalism throughout!”

“I've been shopping there for more than 10 years and see no reason to change. Prices are good, particularly with 10% oldies discount, staff friendly and helpful. Generally well stocked with products in there product range but missing porkpie and iceland lettuce recently.”

A lot of places where the have a post office are very rude and grumpy, but whenever I Go there to drop off a lot of parcels they are always very kind and understanding, thank you!

“Small store. Meat section is good when fully stocked. Freezer section is usually short on stock whenever I get there. Bakery better than Tesco but could be better stocked with more variety (there's room for it). Flower section is excellent, plenty to choose from. Staff are always great.”

“A bit pricey but the staff are good. Also not a very good selection. There is another co-op only just round the corner that is almost as thin on range. I would rather have one bigger co-op with more range. This seems odd to me. I don't usually shop here unless I'm desperate, as Morrisons is far better value and range and just round the corner.”

“I love the enhanced look, the new shelves and variety of products which can now be easily accessible! The expiry dates of most products are now long enough for me to do one big shop a month!!!

“Staff are always quick and kind, the amount of times the fridges are down is a bit annoying and often you find the fridges that are working are empty or very limited. Is a smaller local franchise and I think they do their best”

“There are different staff here now,keep changing.Not all of them are very friendly.Also not very helpful at the till.As I do not go on the machines to pay.I find also some products are dearer in here.Than the main Tesco??.,This is not right??.Would be nice to see more Gluten free products too.At times,I find lack of staff?.Want to feel,happy when shoping!.Thank you.”
