I want to express my heartfelt thanks to the incredible staff at Marks & Spencer. Recently, my child misplaced their shoes while we were in the store. One particular staff member went above and beyond to help me search for them. Not only did she assist me in looking, but she also took my number and later called me personally to let me know the shoes had been found. This level of care and dedication is truly exceptional. “Inside the pavilions shopping centre in Uxbridge, it's just like any other Iceland, with plenty of special offers etc this particular branch is a pleasant shopping experience quiet and well stocked, nestled in a corner of the quiet (mostly) shopping centre.”

“Faith in humanity restored. I can not praise the staff in West Ruislip Tesco more. It is not my local shop, but last night, on my way home from my son’s swimming lesson I stopped to buy a few bits. After paying, because I had a few things to carry, I must have left my purse in the basket. I went home and I didn’t realise my purse was missing until this morning when I had to go to work. As soon as I finished, I went back to Tesco, and they handed me back my purse with all my cards and driving licence. They even went as far as trying to find my address when they found it, but it’s quite tricky to find. Their gesture brought me to tears, considering the amount of trouble I would have had to cancel all my cards, renew my driving licence, plus all the club cards for different shops. Extremely grateful.”

“Visited to click and collect my grocery shopping. Very good experience apart from the waiting time in the bay. But Bala was excellent and helped me to pack my shopping so thanks to him. Have used this service before and the staff just stand there and watch you bending over again and again to pick up the shopping but he was a gentleman and helped me to pack. Thank You.”

“You get hot and cold stuff and all groceries required! Quality is simply fresh and good. This store also had halal chicken section, but always look out for halal ? and read it, in case you are looking for halal food. The prices here are little expensive than other stores but you get the quality accordingly”

“Good size local coop store with a wide range of goods available as you would expect. OK for convenience but it is a little on the expensive side for a bigger purchases, like a weekly shop.”

“Helpful staff.have to search for things.for elderly location is handy. But having to walk with reduced mobility for eggs at one end bread at the other and constant changing locations of products did painful.”

“With the Coop shutting in Ruislip High Street, this is my closest branch. Finally sorted out an online account linked to my membership card and received a couple of virtual coupons. This store was extended a couple of years ago, but it's still a little cramped. Wide range of convenience store foodstuffs. Can recommend the vegetable tortilla chips.”

“Hats of these guys! They are a genuinely nice family! I have been in the shop on several occasions when people have tried to use the evri machine and it’s been broken they have been incredibly rude to the staff! It’s not fair! They shouldn’t have to put up with it! They are so friendly would do anything for you! I shop here most days and they are so helpful helping you find things nothing is too much trouble! It really frustrates me when they are taking abuse from the public! Honestly they are so friendly! Thankyou a real community shop”
