Every year I ask for an interest certificate. Every year they insist they have ordered it and it doesn't arrive - only to necessitate several more visits. The staff member claimed to have set up my app but he didn't. Now I need to visit again. The branch is open only 3 days a week for COVID reasons. Perhaps someone could... read full comment
