“I always like visiting this petrol station. Staff are polite, prices are usually pretty good and gloves, towels etc. are regularly in stock. If you're turning right on exit, it can be a little tricky due to the busy road and it's debatable whether you should even try it over a diagonal line box...! I just turn left and go up to the roundabout - takes seconds!!”

“These guys are our go to bank for getting change for my place of work and the staff are always super friendly. Sometimes you do have to queue up for a little while, but usually if this is the case then a member of staff tries to shorten it by redirecting people that don't necessarily need to queue for the main counter.”
“Great store, hard working staff, customer experience would be significantly improved with more staff on duty. Especially one on the trolley checkout helping Asda get money into the tills!!”

“On Friday we had to call in to sort out a problem we were having with a payment. We were seen by Sarah. She went out of her way to try and help us, even making phone calls and popping into Lloyds next door to check if some details that we had were correct. She was so helpful and friendly and it was a pleasure to deal with her. She is an asset to your company”

“I had an appointment in this Barclays today. I arrived early and was greeted by two smiling ,welcoming and polite members of staff. I was offered a drink and one of the members of staff tried to see if I could been seen early. I was told about their free wifi to help pass the time whilst she was checking. Unfortunately this wasn't possible and the lady taking my appointment had fallen sick. The staff went over and above to ensure I was seen on time and even helped me get my car parked in their car park didn't catch the ladies name who helped be but thank you . Despite everything I was seen on time by Lisa who was amazing ,so helpful , reassuring and friendly. The branch was clean and modern clearly well organized with professional staff who take pride in their work.”
