“Very disappointed with Boots Hatfield.If you are trying to give the farmacy a call, that will be mission impossible.Nobody ever answeres. My prescription was sent by mistake to Boots Hatfield instead of Boots Welwyn.They have tried in vain, and so did l, to call Hatfiel branch for a transfer of my prescription.I had to go in person to Hatfield to pick up, and even then they made a mistake. I was asked to wait 10 min for the prescription to be ready. 10 minutes later, l get told that they don't have it. While the pharmacist tells me that they can not find the prescription, other pharmacist comes with the prescription ready for collection.That's how well communication stands, at Hatfield.Complete dissapointment”
