“I’m a type one diabetic and was in desperate need of some insulin as I was caught short at work. I went in to ask for help and the Asian pharmacist in there went over and above her duties to help me out. She got it all sorted for me and helped me so much and so quickly. She was really kind and I can’t thank her enough. Fantastic service and real dedication to her job, a really helpful, kind and decent woman who thoughtfully helped me out. True customer service is rare these days, and Boots - she deserves a pay rise and some serious recognition at her next appraisal. Bless her.”

The prescription service is a little slow though, my doctor sent a prescription on Monday morning, but it won't be ready till Wednesday. Not this branch's fault, I don't think, just the Boots system.”
“A friendly and helpful chemist who go the extra mile to help sort out prescriptions and give advice on medication. Their volume of work is displayed by the number of prescriptions that are awaiting collection. They do not deserve the abusive comments shown.”

“I was promptly welcomed and taken to a seat. The assistant who did the initial checks on my eyes was polite and helpful, while the optician Simone was very pleasant and thorough in her examination of my eyes both for contact lenses and glasses. She gave excellent explanations about the steps she went through and the condition of my eyes at each stage.”
