Prescription late again (10 days this time and still not received it) and they never answer there phone

A huge thankyou to Hayley who went above and beyond yesterday to personally deliver my meds on her way home as they are having an temporary issue with their delivery service and she wanted to ensure I got my medication as I had run out.

Phone always says all lines busy, so many staff doing nothing, must be slowest pharmacy on earth. When it was Matthews it was great now it's just dire!!!!
