“Had my first eye test with Boots Opticians today , extremely happy with how professional it all was. The optometrist was very helpful and didn’t rush me, he was very calm and kind and informative, I love how they use the manual glasses eye test instead of pushing your eyes up to a flat machine which doesn’t get accurate reading like spescavers do. First eye test I have had done where I feel they actually got an accurate prescription for me. Staff were very helpful and kind! Really impressed! Thank you!”

“It's a handy little pharmacy if you live out in the Hampton Dene, Tupsly area of Hereford. Most of the staff are friendly bit the with dyed blonde hair can be rather rude I'm sorry to say. They sell vitamins, painkillers, nappies for adults and stuff like that. They also do a stop smoking scheme when you start getting help with that. You show them the code and they will give you the items you arranged with the team that are helping quit smoking. I find it very handy as I'm quitting myself at this very moment!”

“Actually, Gil, Lyn's husband. I went in today, circa 13:00 to collect a prescription.Quite frankly, a breath of fresh air! Greeted with a smile, provided with a mask, (I thought incorrectly, I had one in my pocket) turned my request around in less than five minutes. (The staff were all busy, with a steady throughput of customers) Polite, friendly, & efficient. My thanks to you all, for me, a first class service”

“Needed a private prescription that was seemingly tricky as there was a shortage. Tried asda- no one answered the phone. Boots told me I wouldn’t be able to get it. Tried Benjamins, they wanted me to go there and pay first before they would try to order it in. Cohens took the hassle out and said yes we will be able to get that in tomorrow for you! Credit where credit is due they were fantastic and I will definitely order from there again.”

“Having used a number of local pharmacy s in Hereford. This one at Belmont Tesco's is by far the best I've experienced for customer service and speed at putting prescription's up for collection.”

“Problems queuing,often to the door and outside.Telephone never appears to be answered,which is appalling PR for this pharmacy.One recent morning,I tried ringing at least half a dozen times,but each time a voice told me everyone was too busy.I was there a few weeks ago,when the door to the pharmacy was locked at 12:40pm,when there were people trying to get in.I thought lunch was 13:00 to 14:00? I was an RN for over 30 years,and I appreciate that things get busy,because I had dealings with every pharmacy in Hereford,often under the most stressful circumstances,but the service has declined significantly,and surely the customer comes first?

I would like to add this part of my review.I have been greatly impressed by the improvements made in a relatively short time,since I wrote my first review above.The service is now superb,and the times I’ve been in,I have been attended to straight away,with no queuing to the door or the street.The staff I’ve met have been lovely and very efficient.The service is excellent,and receiving a text message to tell me my medications are ready is great.All in all,a highly recommended pharmacy.”

“Had no option but to nip in here for a pee and a pitstop with the ankle biters :0)Easy to park. Plenty of spaces.The toilets were clean, and the changing room was full of all our needs, which impressed me.The cafe was a good size, the prices were reasonable and the cups were huge, it was like drinking a bucket of coffee! Much needed, though. The coffee was lively, and the staff and service were great. It wasn't too busy and we all left happy.”
