“Actually, Gil, Lyn's husband. I went in today, circa 13:00 to collect a prescription.Quite frankly, a breath of fresh air! Greeted with a smile, provided with a mask, (I thought incorrectly, I had one in my pocket) turned my request around in less than five minutes. (The staff were all busy, with a steady throughput of customers) Polite, friendly, & efficient. My thanks to you all, for me, a first class service”

“It's a handy little pharmacy if you live out in the Hampton Dene, Tupsly area of Hereford. Most of the staff are friendly bit the with dyed blonde hair can be rather rude I'm sorry to say. They sell vitamins, painkillers, nappies for adults and stuff like that. They also do a stop smoking scheme when you start getting help with that. You show them the code and they will give you the items you arranged with the team that are helping quit smoking. I find it very handy as I'm quitting myself at this very moment!”

“Needed a private prescription that was seemingly tricky as there was a shortage. Tried asda- no one answered the phone. Boots told me I wouldn’t be able to get it. Tried Benjamins, they wanted me to go there and pay first before they would try to order it in. Cohens took the hassle out and said yes we will be able to get that in tomorrow for you! Credit where credit is due they were fantastic and I will definitely order from there again.”

“On wed 25/10/23 me and my husband where involved in a car accident on Holme lacy road just before the Broadley's. As it was a young lady stood at the side of my husbands car and started to direct the traffic, the lady(whom I found out was called Sabina) did a magnificent job and did this until the police took over. The lady in question works at the Hereford Asda store and was possibly late for work. Me and my hubby would like to say a massive thank-you and Asda Hereford you should be very proud of Sabina an amazing young lady.”

“Went this afternoon after I had been to Taurus to see a doctor. Was given a prescription and they didn't have it but the pharmacist rang the other phamacies in Hereford to try and get the right medication for me. In the end he sent me back to the doctor I had just seen to ask for another alternative and prescribed me with a different form of medication. If it wasn't for I wouldn't of had anything. I know it's his job but I found he really did help me this afternoon. Thank you!”
