Just to echo the hundreds of other reviews on here, the staff are awful, rude and seem to get a kick out of humiliating customers. I’ve had negative experiences both in the pharmacy here and the shop, being refused prescribed medication because they were too busy to deal with me and told to go elsewhere. Rude staff and poor customer care.. There was a queueing for self scanning. So I waited on helper check out with my kids for long to use a gift card... Suddenly the lady pointed to the one in self scanning queuing to come forward. There were helpers around. No one said me you cant wait there if you want to use the till.... read full comment

The worst beauty store. Very rude staff. I asked few times to give me something from the cabinet. Was waiting half hour to have a powder, because as a customer I’m not allowed to open cabinet. Still don’t have a powder.
