However, I purchased a new model iPad and you have changed the charging connection from the old models - You did ask me if I had a c charger, I said yes i thought so and I hesitated. My fault but it would have been good if you'd said a new adapter was required from the old ipad as I didn't realize this. So now I'm waiting for an adapter to come as I can't charge my new iPad.”
