“Review for M&S Cafe in Whitely.Would like to thank Amanda working on 8th March 23 at 9:30am.Pleasantly surprised with our visit.My partner and I fancied the eggs benedict as a ceoliac i didnt see an option for this. We spoke to Amanda serving and she made it happen! She explained they were unable to make it up or toast the roll but they could bring it all out separately so I could make my own.Very enjoyable with very helpful staff who are all well trained.”

“Served by Millie today, she was very helpful and went upstairs to look for shoes multiple times for me. She mentioned the new loyalty card and helped me set it up so that I got £5 off the two pairs of summery shoes I bought, even helping with the notorious poor signal in Whiteley so that my emails would load. Very pleased with my visit today, Millie was great and I hope she is rewarded for her hard work and that her manager passes this feedback on to her. All the staff were attentive but didn't pounce.”
