“Really enjoyed my experience while shopping here. I asked the young lady working here about a purse to match a bag I had purchased. Sadly the purse had sold out and she even went out of her way to look on their website for me. She was helpful to point me to another that would go with the bag. “I entered the store today with the intention of getting some advice on some counterfeit shoes I had purchased online. Two of the staff (Mr Datlen & Oliver) were incredibly helpful and resourceful in helping me resolve my shoe dilemma. They were knowledgable and also emphatic towards the situation. “Nicola is a credit to the team she helped me get sunglasses out Of the cabinet. However when she was assisting me a supervisor called Kim had an unacceptable attitude all because she didn’t have a radio when I asked Nicola she said her duty manager was getting here a radio. But Kim wasent standing anything for it and she needs a disciplinary or some action to be taken against her as you do not treat workers like that no matter what if your having a bad day or not especially doing this in front of a customer.”

“Nice big clothing section stretching across two floors and a large selection of sizes and choices to pick. The foodhall is a little bit cramped and it's hard to walk through especially the fridge section but high quality food products.”
