I was there recently and their fitting room attendant tried to falsely accuse me of taking an extra item into the fitting room even though their own system showed otherwise, she refused to apologise after the error was clarified, I asked to see the the manager who tried to gaslight and downplay the matter as a “mistake”.... read full comment
