“I went to the Southampton store this morning to have my sons ear pierced. I also had my son with me who has autism/Learning difficulties. The staff were absolutely amazing with him whilst I was waiting and took him round the shop to have a look around. It was so refreshing to be able to go into a shop without any judgement and receive such a lovely welcome and support. I didn't get the girls names but both were amazing thankyou so much!!”

“Really enjoyed my experience while shopping here. I asked the young lady working here about a purse to match a bag I had purchased. Sadly the purse had sold out and she even went out of her way to look on their website for me. She was helpful to point me to another that would go with the bag. Service here is always friendly and they're always willing to go that extra mile if you ask for assistance.”
