“This charity shop has a wide range of furniture that is in a good condition. This includes cupboards, sofas, tables etc. The shop is a little crowded which makes it slightly difficult to navigate. There is a cheap car park just around the corner which makes it easy to access.”

She spent a considerable amount of time with my wife and I explaining everything baby with us, she was very patient with us especially me asking a million questions, she was so super helpful and is someone I highly recommend to ask for advice. “My hearty appreciation for Hannah the store manager of Argos West Quay! I have bought a coffee table and was unable to fix the screws into the solid wood, and was planning to return this product to this store. While I explained the situation to the staff, originally they said being unable to build a furniture is not a invalid reason for return and refund, yet at the same time manager Hannah went an extra mile and offered to help us build that coffee table on spot using a more powerful drill! This was truly helpful and nice of her and thank you once again Hannah!”
