Awful service. When Ricky used to work there all drugs were done and dispensed on time. Now every single month we are missing at least one drug and my granny has to chase them over and over again for it when she is on repeat prescription and this shouldn’t happen at all. They do not answer the phone and do not always advise when prescriptions are ready to collect, using SMS or other means. The service - so called is pathetic.
