“Friendly staff and the best service. We not only use Forest Pharmacy for our prescriptions, but have also sought medical advice there. This is a life saver when surgery waiting lists are full. Most recently Daisy has helped my daughter who was complaining of a sore tummy. The doctors had no appointments left for the day, so we were referred to Forest Pharmacy who after consultation and tests, discovered she had a bad UTI and proceeded to help us get the correct treatment. Had we left it, we'd have had an incredibly poorly child by the end of the Easter weekend. We are so lucky to have Daisy, Sunny and the team on our doorstep. I'd highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a reliable pharmacy who can also offer health advice, consultations and vaccinations.”

“Not knowing what else to do, I blundered into the pharmacy just before closing having been stung multiple times by a swarm of wasps whilst working nearby (I react badly to wasp stings).The staff went out of their way to be helpful, considerate and caring. They guided me to the nearby doctors surgery and helped arrange an immediate consultation for me (I am registered elsewhere). They then dutifully stayed by me with an epi-pen until the doctor was able to see me.Ultimately It turned out that with some industrial strength anti-histamine I was fine, although slightly embarrassed about causing a fuss.The pharmacy staff were brilliant, an absolute credit to themselves and their profession. Thanks guys.”

“Recently I had to go into Bassett Pharmacy to see if they had something for some spots on my forehead that had come up overnight. The pharmacist was called for and she advised that it looked like shingles and should be treated quickly as some were near my eye. I went to the walk-in clinic and had antiviral prescribed. Had I not seen the pharmacist, I would have had much worse symptoms (bad enough even with antivirals) and potentially issues with my eyes.Generally service very good”

Despite being very busy in the pharmacy itself, my order was ready to collect promptly.”
