“I wasn't shown the full boots range, a partial range, then the more expensive ones. The other boots range, that was in the centre of the store was not mentioned, I thought they were the mens range until I looked while waiting for my mum. On the really good side they did offer the 3d scan to check her macular degeneration wasn't deteriorating which put her mind at ease. She's 86.”

“I have been using this particular station since 2004 because at the time, the price was a serious factor for the car I was driving. It has since gone to the graveyard in the sky.Using different makes of fuel in your engine, especially in fuel injection engines, causes long-term problems. I was told this by a fuel injection expert at Ricardo Engineering, West Sussex, who carried out fuel tests for two F1 racing teams.He said, "Find a company whose fuel works well for the car you ate driving, and stick with that supplier." For example: ESSO, SHELL, and BP have fuel stations all over the UK and most of the surrounding islands. However, stay away from jet fueling stations as their fuel is a mish-mash of different companies' fuels. Basically, they buy the cheapest fuel going that month, so its like playing Rassian Roulet on which brand of fuel you get. Lucky dip if you please only it will cause damage to your engine.Every fuel injected car I have had since 2004 (just the 2) I've stuck with this particular ASDA fuel station because they never change suppliers. Its also convenient when I need a few bits n bobs from their store. If I'm going on a long journey, then I stick to filling up only at ASDA stores as they now have their own fuel. So plan your stops and don't take chances.Happy driving...”

“Was always very very helpful providing delivery of medication but now I have been informed they are no longer delivering medication(informed by my neighbour)how do I find out if ths is true.no information at all(very worrying for elderly people)”

“Went to this store couple of days ago and it was a great experience, they have a good perfume collection and star buys and members price makes things so much cheaper. The staff was lovely, helped me throughout my shopping and introduced me to the discounts. The lady on the till Lilja was nice. Unfortunately they removed my review from trust platform but the girl need to be appreciated so??‍♀️”

The last two times, I had cause to visit this branch of Boots and it so happened I was assisted by the same young lady.
I have to say she was charm personified - incredibly personal and helpful.

“As a pharmacy it stocks all items you require, counter staff could speak a bit louder but I think she is new and a bit shy?! Otherwise all staff are always helpful, polite, welcoming and very empathetic with clients.Unfortunately prescription is often not ready on time and most likely you will need to wait good 20-30min.The Pharmacist (Phil) is also very helpful, well informed, so knowledgeable and very friendly too!I feel that i can ask for advice at anytime and nothing is ever too much trouble. In effect a fantastic service offered so close to my home.”

“Love this store, been going here years. The only issue is that they don't have a trolly attachment for wheelchairs right now. The one they had previously was metal where it attached to the chair, so it tended to scratch the metal work up. I'm hoping they get a new one like sainsburys, where it's rubber or even plastic there.”

“This Pharmacy has been unfairly destroyed on Google reviews due to the ridiculous NHS and the, not fit for purpose Stokewood surgery and their Common Purpose cadet staff . The reason I am posting this review is because it is true. The reviews on Google should reflect more than just the anger of the local people who get upset due to the NHS and the idiots who work at the surgery next door. Oh and let us not forget the social media hate campaign launched by those with the Eastleigh mentality.”
