Manager Mikayla Wilson, is always arguing with shop lifters, screaming at the top of her voice,very unprofessional manager. Seems like her co worker's are very embarrassed, having her as the store manager. Seems like the pharmacist doe's a great job. But probably will be going, if she's not a goner! I'm embarrassed seeing her actions, as a regular customer.

Great service at Boots Portswood, Norman the pharmacist, is kind and really helpful,arrived early for flu jabs, no problem, always checks medication and answers any questions. Would definitely recommend this chemist.Thank you for your time.

Love this chemist ,they are so helpful with you they will go over and beyond to help you,the staff are so friendly can't belive some of the reviews on here as that is not what they are like,they are a very busy chemist so to me that says they are very popular.

Got a medication prescribed to them as my nominated pharmay today at 11am went in there at 12 said come back in the afternoon, went in there at 3 they said it's gonna be ready by tomorrow at 4.30? ? I just leave you with that

Awful service. When Ricky used to work there all drugs were done and dispensed on time. Now every single month we are missing at least one drug and my granny has to chase them over and over again for it when she is on repeat prescription and this shouldn?t happen at all. I would like a manager to give an explanation once for all why this is happening repeatedly and why service is so bad. No one ever pick up the phone. SMS says ready for collection the medicine and when you turn up it?s not so we have to go back and forward. I?m in labour and I can?t be bothered to deal with it anymore.

They do not answer the phone and do not always advise when prescriptions are ready to collect, using SMS or other means. The service - so called is pathetic.

forced to go because superdrug opposite have moved. Lady on the till was very rude and if I wasn't forced to buy what I had to I would have cancelled the transaction. Moreover majority of the shelves were empty. Very poor service
