I use this Tesco store all the time because I live close by, currently I shop here 4 or 5 times a week because I walk and find it difficult if my shopping bags are too heavy. I rarely have a problem with staff but I can guarantee the staff are likely to have problems with customers.

A very disturbing incident earlier this afternoon, two Tesco employees berating an elderly gentleman for no apparent reason other than he politely mentioned we had all been waiting a long time and the queue was growing.
